今天,我在家做了一道面食——義大利麵。
Today,I made a pasta at home – spaghetti.
我先準備好要用的食材,然後把蒜頭、小洋蔥和牛肉片都剁碎,把西紅柿切成小塊。
接著把鍋燒熱,倒油進去燒熱,把剁碎的蒜頭、小洋蔥和牛肉放進去煸炒,再把西紅柿放進去,倒幾勺番茄醬再放一小碗水蓋上蓋子燉一會兒。
接著把水燒開放面撒鹽,好了以後裝進盤子裡,把鍋蓋打開湯汁澆在麵條上。
義大利麵就做好了。
I prepare the ingredients first,then chop the garlic,onion and beef slices,and cut the tomato into small pieces. Then heat the pot,pour in the oil and heat it,put the chopped garlic,onion and beef into it,stir fry it,put in the tomato,pour in a few spoonfuls of tomato sauce,put in a small bowl of water,cover it and stew for a while. Then boil the water and sprinkle salt on the noodles. When it’s ready,put it on the plate and pour the soup on the noodles. The spaghetti is ready.
