Ingredients required: 2 tablespoons of Henry’s ketchup,1 tablespoon of salt,2 large bowls of broth,20 grams of butter,1 piece of fragrant leaves,appropriate amount of water and 2 cloves of garlic.
所需材料:亨氏番茄醬2大勺、食鹽1小勺、高湯2大碗、黃油20克、香葉1片、水適量、蒜2瓣。
具體步驟:
1、First,wash the tomatoes and draw a cross knife,as shown below.
首先將番茄洗凈,劃上十字刀,如下圖。
2、Then add water to the pot and boil it until it bubbles. Blanch the tomatoes in hot water,as shown below.
然後將鍋內加入清水燒至起泡,將番茄放入熱水中焯燙一下,如下圖。
3、Then remove the skin and cut it into dices,as shown below.
然後撈起去皮,如下圖。
4、Carrots peeled and cut into small pieces,onions cut into small pieces,beef washed and diced,as shown below.
胡蘿卜去皮切小塊,洋蔥切小塊,牛肉洗凈切成丁,如下圖。
5、Heat the pan with butter as shown below.
鍋內加入黃油燒熱,如下圖。
6、Add onions and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant,as shown below.
加入洋蔥和蒜片炒出香味,如下圖。
7、Add beef,carrots and tomatoes and stir-fry for 1 minute.
再加入牛肉、胡蘿卜和番茄翻炒1分鐘。
8、Then add fragrant.
然後加入高湯。
9、Add two tablespoons of ketchup and boil over medium heat until the beef is tender.
再加入兩大勺番茄醬,再以中火煮開,轉小火煮至牛肉軟爛。
10、After mix well and then come out of the pot.
拌勻即可出鍋,即可。
